DYCD Enrollment Form (English)
This form lets you or your child apply to a DYCD Comprehensive Afterschool System (COMPASS), Beacon, or Cornerstone youth program. You can only submit one application per person per location.
YWCA NYC After-School Program
This form will be used to express your commitment for your children to sign up for YWCA NYC's After-School Program. To be enrolled, please also complete the separate DYCD enrollment form.
